The dog’s name is Yahoo, and he’s with Canine Companions for Independence.

They’re a nonprofit who help breed and train service animals. The animals are then offered at no charge to disabled people.

Yahoo is being taught about obedience commands.

He’s been learning basic obedience and socialization. He will soon graduate and go on to professional training, after which he’ll be able to help a disabled person.

Yahoo sat and waited very patiently for the artist to create the caricature.

By February 2017, Yahoo will be full trained and capable of opening doors, flipping light switches, pulling wheelchairs, and more.
