The owner of a $20 million, 14-bedroom mansion in the Hamptons is planning to sue hedge fund portfolio manager Brett Barna after a party he threw on Sunday, dubbed #sprayathon, allegedly trashed the estate. Apparently Barna, who rented the home via Airbnb, is also refusing to pay the $27,000 rent he owes. The owner says he was told that it was going to be a fundraiser for an animal charity with 50 guests, but “The only animals there were the people, a thousand of them.”
“It was like ‘Jersey Shore’ meets a frat party,” said the owner.
There were costumed little people carrying hand canons and people doing gymnastics! (video on right)

Party goers were sprayed with seemingly endless amounts of champagne.
“So many people were there that the concrete around the pool crumbled and fell into the water.”
