Many people compile a list of things they want to do before they die. This list, often called a bucket list, is filled with a mix of crazy things like bungee jumping and sky diving. However, the list can also have simple things like falling in love and watching the sunset. For people who have very little time left in the world, the opportunity to fulfill their wildest dreams can be one of the most important things in the world.
99-year-old Annie has a a few very unusual requests on her own bucket list. Before she passes, Annie wanted to have the experience of being arrested and thrown in jail! Fortunately for her, local police granted her wish.
Annie has already lived a long life at 99-years-old.
The Nijmegen-Zuid police station granted her wish.
She was handcuffed and placed in a cell, all while smiling happily.
Luckily, Annie was released immediately after.

Annie couldn’t hide her joy and excitement for being arrested, and although it isn’t technically legal to incarcerate someone who hasn’t committed a crime, the police decided to let the woman have her fun. Annie seems more than happy to have crossed another item off of her bucket list.
