One of the more common themes in the wedding industry is that of various Disney Princesses. Jasmine Nijjar, Marketing Manager for and Indian couture bridal gallery named Wellgroomed Designs, created a project to show how Disney themes can be grafted into other ethnicities.
With that in mind, she created a theme that re-imagined Disney princesses as Indian brides which would include traditional Indian bridal wear. Once it was all put together, photographer Amrit Grewal captured everything in the following photo set.

Amrit said that their project received positive responses from online users. Many also inquired about the project which only proved how successful they were in demonstrating how Disney serves as an inspiration to different ethnicities’ aesthetics.
