This year’s Pirelli Calendar, titled “Emotional”, is a big step away from Calendars of the past. German photographer Peter Lindbergh decided to capture aging female celebrities in their natural state – raw beauty without editing the photos using tools such as Photoshop.
In the the black and white photoshoots, he captured the subjects’ emotions in an effort to show that beauty comes raw emotions and feelings rather than from the perfection and youth that’s often displayed in much of the media. It features popular actresses like Helen Mirren, Nicole Kidman, Kate Winslet, Uma Thurman, Penelope Cruz and more.
The 2017 Pirelli Calendar features the works of German photographer, Peter Lindbergh.
He worked with some of the most famous female celebrities in the world.
