PETA recently made a video in which Justin Long lent his voice to a neglected dog named Charlie. It’s pretty sad, but hopefully it will spread awareness of what many dogs who are kept outdoors go through. To make sure that’s clear, no one is saying that all owners who keep pets outside are reflected in this video. There’s no doubt that many are, however. There’s really no excuse for neglecting animals. If a person can’t give a pet everything it needs then they shouldn’t own a pet. It’s that simple.
