Weddings are special and the easiest way for a couple to remember this life-changing event is by having their photos taken. Nowadays, many couples hire professionals to document their wedding day so they can always look at the photos afterwards and reminisce that big day.
Nowadays though, with so many people having taken up photobombing, a stranger could potentially ruin your photos. But what if your photobomber happens to be a legendary actor? Find out what happens when Tom Hanks photobombed this couple’s wedding photo shoot.
Elizabeth and Ryan were having their wedding photos taken in Central Park in New York City on September 24.
Suddenly, award-winning actor Tom Hanks, who was out jogging, approached them.
The actor was very polite and friendly, and happy for them. He even offered to take photos with them.
The newlyweds were understandably excited.
After all, here’s the guy who played Forrest Gump, voiced Woody in the Toy Story films, starred in Big, Apollo 13, The Green Mile, Saving Private Ryan, Castaway, The Da Vinci Code and numerous other blockbuster films.
Hanks even offered to perform the ceremony for them.
Apparently he’d been ordained to perform a ceremony in the past. This couple didn’t take Hanks up on the offer though.
Hanks himself posted a selfie with the couple on Twitter.
