These Teens Used Watermelons To Fake Pregnancy In Order To Sneak Food Into A Theater

As you probably know, most movie theaters are strict on not allowing anyone to bring food in from outside. They want to make money selling popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, candy, drinks, and so on. Obviously, that would be a lot harder to do if they allowed people to bring food with them, so it makes sense.

These three teenagers, however, wanted to bring watermelons in with them, and they had the perfect idea on how to pull it off. How did they do it? Glad you asked.

Meet 18-year-old Priscilla Banuelos, a Modesto Junior College student in California.

Just recently, she and her friends went to the Galaxy movie theater.

They decided to play a little prank by sneaking watermelons inside.

They sliced the fruit into halves and attached them to their bodies using saran wrap and tape.

They enjoyed their watermelon inside but couldn’t find a trash can. They didn’t want to walk out carrying the melons, so they left the remains in their seats.

The theater employee who had to clean it up wasn’t amused, and replied to their Twitter post about it.

But there was no harm done, and others enjoyed what they did. So much so in fact, that the photos quickly went viral, garnering tens of thousands of likes and shares.

Priscilla and her friends sure seem to know how to have a good time. Hopefully not too many people will borrow this idea, however, or theaters will start cracking down, making it a lot harder for the rest of us to sneak a simple candy bar into the theater!
